Sabrina Ahmed is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach for processing and healing from traumatic experiences.
Sabrina is passionate about providing compassionate, comprehensive care rooted in multicultural competence. She draws on her diverse background—including studying abroad in England and co-founding a nonprofit organization that empowers Muslim women and girls—to connect with clients from a variety of backgrounds and lived experiences.
Outside of the therapy room, Sabrina enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and connecting with family. Her approach is holistic, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel seen, respected, and supported.
