Anna Blackwood
Anna is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Florida. She provides individual therapy sessions at KEBT under the supervision of Petergay Sterling, PMHNP-BC, LMHC-QS, EMDR. Prior to starting her degree, Anna worked in the mental health field for two years as an intake coordinator and group therapy facilitator.
She enjoys working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety and depressive disorders and is excited to expand her knowledge and experience at KEBT. As she continues to build her theoretical foundation, Anna is currently interested in cognitive behavioral therapies, person-centered theories, and incorporating creative techniques into her practice. Her approach to counseling is collaborative and holistic, honoring her clients’ autonomy, individuality, and capacity for growth.
Anna provides personalized, compassionate care for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. She works with both adults and adolescents, offering evidence-based support tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. Anna is dedicated to creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
In her free time, Anna can often be found at the beach, browsing thrift shops, or curled up with a good book.

Emilia Dahlman
Emilia (Em) is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Florida. She provides individual and family therapy sessions at KEBT under the supervision of Jada Helmer, DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™, LMHC, QS-MH. Em is receiving training in substance abuse treatment and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Her previous experience includes working at an anxiety and behavioral health clinic during her undergraduate studies at Florida State University, where she supported individuals with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Em’s passion for empowering others has shaped both her academic and professional journey.
She brings a multicultural, holistic approach to therapy, with a strong focus on advocacy, social justice, and equitable care. Em aims to support diverse and underserved communities, particularly women, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those affected by poverty.
Her theoretical interests include DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Multimodal Therapy. Em values authenticity, empathy, and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship and strives to create a space that fosters resilience and growth. Outside of work and school, she enjoys being outdoors, cooking, and crafting.

Grace Taylor
Grace is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Jacksonville University. She provides individual and family therapy sessions at KEBT under the supervision of Jada Helmer, DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™, LMHC, QS-MH. Grace is receiving training in substance abuse treatment and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
She has experience working with children and adolescents through youth equestrian sports. Over the years, Grace has developed a unique ability to connect with and support neurodivergent individuals, particularly those diagnosed with ADHD and autism. The calm, structured environment of equestrian sports—combined with the therapeutic bond between child and horse—has offered transformative experiences for countless young people. Grace also became skilled in helping anxious clients ground themselves while working with animals for the first time, gaining valuable insight into supporting individuals with anxiety and de-escalating those in a state of panic.
As her career progresses, she aspires to support LGBTQIA+ individuals, children, adolescents, and those with borderline personality disorder (BPD).
For self-care, Grace enjoys talking with friends, trail rides, fiber arts, graphic design, walks, and cuddles with her cat.
