  • Hannah Pentecost

    Hannah is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Florida. She provides individual and family therapy at Keep Evolving Beyond Therapy under the supervision of Jada Helmer, DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™, LMHC, QS-MH. She is receiving training in substance use treatment and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a growing foundation in evidence-based and holistic practices.

    With a passion rooted in lived experience and a heart for helping others, Hannah enjoys working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. She has a special interest in religious and medical trauma, and her previous experience includes behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and group facilitation for youth and families. Her clinical style integrates DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Multimodal Therapy, all grounded in values of compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. She approaches each client with cultural humility and respect for their unique story, aiming to foster healing through mind-body-soul wellness and meaningful therapeutic connection.

    Outside of the therapy room, Hannah finds joy in playing guitar, singing, creative photography, and spending time in nature—activities that help her stay grounded and inspired.

  • Chantel Smoots

    Chantel is pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Jacksonville University. She provides therapy services at Keep Evolving Beyond Therapy under the supervision of Petergay Sterling, PMHNP-BC, LMHC-QS, EMDR. Chantel brings with her the discipline and dedication of a U.S. Navy veteran and a deep commitment to trauma-informed, healing-centered care.

    Her clinical interests include trauma, emotional regulation, identity development, and intergenerational stress. She is especially drawn to the connection between trauma and the nervous system, with a growing focus on neuroscience and the mind-body relationship in recovery. Chantel is currently expanding her work through modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic-based practices. She brings a grounded, collaborative, and compassionate presence to therapy and values honoring each client’s full humanity. Her areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and identity development.

    In her personal life, Chantel enjoys reading, listening to music, and sharing great food with loved ones.

  • Paige Stabile-Dunnigan

    Paige is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Jacksonville University. She provides individual and family therapy at Keep Evolving Beyond Therapy under the supervision of Jada Helmer, DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™, LMHC, QS-MH. Alongside her graduate studies, Paige works as a Registered Behavioral Technician at Bloom Behavioral Solutions, supporting youth through Applied Behavior Analysis.

    Her background spans behavioral health, healthcare, and recruitment, equipping her with a strong foundation in client-focused care and communication. Paige is particularly interested in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and plans to pursue certification post-graduation to support individuals managing complex trauma, self-harm, and emotion dysregulation. She believes in the power of an authentic therapeutic relationship and approaches her work with empathy, curiosity, and a deep commitment to social justice. Her clinical interests include trauma, emotional regulation, and working with underserved populations.

    Outside of work and school, Paige enjoys reading, watching films, and spending time with her dog and two cats—her favorite movie trilogies include Star Wars and Harry Potter, with Little Women always close at heart.
